Repeat Prescriptions

These need to be arranged with a doctor first. If you require regular medication these may be put onto a repeat prescription. This will enable you to get your medication without having to see the Nurse/Doctor each time, although you may be advised at intervals to see a Nurse/Doctor for a review of your treatment.

You can order your repeat prescriptions 3 ways:
1. Online using the form below
2. By coming into the Practice and handing your repeat prescription request slip into reception.
3. By posting us the repeat prescription request slip (please include a stamped addressed envelope).

If you do not have your repeat prescription request slip or the item is not listed please bring the medication packaging in.

We are unable to take orders or issue repeat prescriptions at weekends, public holidays or out of normal surgery hours. Please allow 48 Hours before collecting your repeat prescription and make allowances for weekends and public holidays. Please order in plenty of time before your medication runs out.
Where possible give exact drug names when ordering.
