Welcome to Tithebarn Medical Centre

Tithebarn Medical Centre opened in June 04. The practice situated opposite the main shopping centre on High Newham Road, Hardwick Estate, High Stockton on Tees.

The team at Tithebarn aim to provide you with the best possible care in a professional, safe and friendly manner, and to work with you to improve health.

It is working in association with BK health, to provide an easy access, high quality Nurse led health service to people living on the Hardwick Estate, and the surrounding areas. We are easily accessible by bus. The Health Centre is designed with your needs in mind, with easy access for wheelchair users and children in prams or pushchairs. Access for disabled patients is available at the front of the building and specially designed disabled toilet facilities are also available. A special play area and facilities for children are available.
